Junior Registration 2018

24th March 2018

UPDATED - Due to the unseasonally wet weather the first training session will now take place on Friday 27th April however the registration evening will still take place on Friday 20th April.

Again this year, junior registration will be split into 2 parts.

For 5-8 year olds, the club is again taking part in the ECB scheme, All Stars Cricket. This is an 8 week training programme designed to provide your child with all of the fundamental skills they need to play the game. Through lively, fun games, they will learn about cricket and be better prepared to take part in all sports. Registration (including payment) for All Stars is through an ECB website (http://allstarscricket.co.uk/knowlevillage) and all participants receive an All Stars Cricket branded pack including a cricket bat, ball, shirt, cap, backpack and water bottle. The cost of this is £40 for the 8 week programme which will run from May 11th – June 29th. The club will then run a further 8 week programme at a cost of an additional £40 with further details to follow as the All Stars sessions come to a close.

For children aged 9 and upwards, the usual club registration night will take place on Friday 20th April between 6.30pm-8pm with the first sessions also taking place on that night between 6.30pm-8pm. If you complete the attached registration form and bring it with you on the 20th April along with your annual subscription of £80.

I have also attached a letter to parents giving general information and contact details.

Finally, should you be in doubt as to whether a match or training session is on, please check our twitter account, @knowlevillagecc as this is where the latest updates will be posted.

Look forward to seeing you all at the club in the near future.
